What Information do we Store?

With our service we rely on specific data to store and fetch your Server Information, such as:

Discord:
Account ID, Account Username, Guild ID, Role Name, Role ID, Panel Channel ID,
Rates Alert Channel ID, Server Alerts Channel ID.
ARK Related:
Server Names, Cluster: (Official, Small Tribes, ARKpocalypse), Server Populations, Server Status.
Data Deletion:
If you wish to have Information Deleted it will result in Termination of your access to the Service, this is due to the previously explained data being essential for it to function, without it, it won't work.
Guild ID: This is your Guild that you activate the bot in.Channel ID's: These are the channels you choose to send the Panel and Logs to.
Role Name: This is your role name within the Support Discord and how we determine your eligibility.
Role ID: This is your Role ID within the Support Discord and how we determine your eligibility.

What Information do we Store?

With our service we rely on specific data to setup and monitor your Service, such as:

Temporary Password - This is to setup your Profile, it's encrypted within the Panels Database, you can change it once you sign into your Account.
Username - This is your Panel Account username, We set it as your Patreon Name by Default.
Data Storage - All Data is stored and Encrypted, so it's unreadable for us or others.
Bot Files - Your Bot files are visible to us, this is just how Panels are we don't access them unless requested to by the Bots Owner (For error Diagnoses or Code/Setup help).
